About
Naserian’s Heart of Healing Foundation is a community-based charitable foundation founded on the belief that every human being deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to flourish.
Our work is rooted in one simple conviction: healing changes lives.
When individuals are given the opportunity to heal emotionally, psychologically, socially, and practically, they begin to see themselves differently. They rediscover their worth, regain confidence, and become active contributors within their families and communities.
We believe healing is not merely the absence of pain or hardship. Healing is the restoration of dignity. It is rediscovering hope after despair, purpose after uncertainty, and possibility where limitations once existed.
This belief shapes everything we do.
Our work focuses on walking alongside vulnerable women, widows, and girls by creating safe spaces where they can access support, mentorship, education, counseling, community programs, and opportunities for sustainable growth.
Beginning in Kajiado County, we are committed to serving communities where barriers such as poverty, trauma, gender inequality, harmful cultural practices, limited access to education, and mental health challenges continue to affect women and girls.
We recognize that meaningful transformation requires more than meeting immediate needs. It requires restoring confidence, strengthening families, empowering communities, and creating environments where every individual is valued and given the opportunity to thrive.
At Naserian’s Heart of Healing Foundation, we do not simply respond to challenges.
We invest in people.
Because when one life is restored, the impact extends far beyond the individual. It reaches families, communities, and generations yet to come.

Frequently Asked Questions
In Kajiado South and the broader Kajiado County, many families navigate emotional challenges; including grief, trauma, family conflicts, anxiety, and the psychological effects of early marriage and FGM; yet access to professional counselling and safe, non-judgmental spaces remains severely limited.
We operate under a "Listening Before Building" ethos. Rather than imposing external solutions, the foundation actively engages community elders, women, widows, and youth to understand their specific needs and values so the Healing Centre is culturally responsive and truly built alongside the community.
The physical centre is designed as a peaceful sanctuary providing:
Private, family, and child-friendly counselling spaces.
Group therapy and community support groups (e.g., for grief and loss).
Training rooms for mental health awareness, mentorship, and life skills.
Peaceful outdoor reflection gardens and a multipurpose community gathering space.
We welcome licensed counsellors, trauma specialists, and volunteers to support our mission. Depending on current capacity and field requirements, we offer structured onboarding for both local clinical staff and remote or short-term technical contributors. You can submit your qualifications through our Get Involved form.
Testimonials
Hearing from those who found a safe space, restoration, and compassionate support when they needed it most.
What surprised me most was how holistic the experience felt. We talked about what was happening in my life, but we also explored what was happening within me, my thoughts, my body, my patterns and the way I was experiencing the present moment. Her sessions are very different from other therapy sessions that I have been to. The awareness made the session feel very grounded. I left feeling lighter, clearer and much more connected to myself. It didn't feel like I was simply discussing my problems. I was experiencing myself differently
There was something different about the way the session was held coz I have been to different counsellors before. This was. both filled with therapeutic conversation and stillness. I didn't feel like I was being told what to do. I felt guided back to myself. For the first time in a long time, I could sit with my emotions without feeling like I needed to run from them. It felt less like someone was trying to fix me and more like I was finally learning how to meet myself. The session ended with me feeling a high that was from being fully seen. I am grateful for you, Naserian, a blessing.
I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for our session this evening. It was incredibly helpful to walk through everything with you, and I’m feeling much more grounded. I appreciate your support and look forward to healing through putting words into action. God bless you.
I came into the session believing there was something wrong with me that I needed to fix. I left questioning that entire belief. The session gave me space to slow down, observe myself and understand where some of my patterns were coming from without judging myself for having them. There was both depth and gentleness in the process. I walked away with practical things to reflect on, but more importantly, I walked away with compassion for myself. That has continued staying with me long after the session. You have such a healing aura and the playfulness makes it even more easy to connect. Thank you Nass
Don't even know where to start but let me be the queen of summary....you remember what happened on day one, so I take high blood pressure pills but only when monitored for the last two weeks I haven't had to! I feel so light after letting go and choosing peace. The universe is working and I ain't forcing any more. Am loving the new me so so much. Thank you loads

Naserian’s Heart of Healing Foundation
Restoring Hope Through Community Counselling & Emotional Wellbeing
In Kajiado South (Isinet), many individuals and families carry deep, invisible wounds; from grief, family challenges, and trauma to the psychological impacts of early marriage and FGM. While physical and economic needs are often addressed, accessible mental health support remains critically limited.
Naserian’s Heart of Healing Foundation exists to bridge this gap. Built on deep community dialogue and trust, we are establishing a physical Community Counselling and Healing Centre; a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive sanctuary where individuals, couples, and young women can receive compassionate care without judgment. We believe that when an individual heals, families grow stronger, and entire communities transform.
