A Journey from Healing to Purpose

There are moments in life that quietly shape who we become, even when we do not fully understand them at the time. For me, that moment began when I was twelve years old.

I was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. My body would swell, my heart had a hole, and blocked arteries affected my health. What followed were years of medication, monthly injections, hospital visits, and uncertainty.

While other children played freely, I often watched from the sidelines. I was unable to participate in many activities because of concerns about my health. As a child, I struggled to understand why this was happening. I experienced fear, confusion, frustration, and at times wondered why my life had taken this path.

During one particularly difficult season, I asked my aunt to take me to a prayer center. That day, while others prayed around me, I stood quietly by a window looking toward the sky. In that moment, I offered a simple prayer. I told God that I was only a child. If my life was coming to an end, then I was ready to go in peace. But if healing was still possible, I promised that I would dedicate my life to serving others.

That prayer became a turning point in my life. What followed was a deeply personal journey that I hold with humility and gratitude. My recovery unfolded over time, and eventually I was declared well enough to return to school. While my experience remains uniquely my own, it profoundly shaped the way I understand hope, resilience, and the value of every human life.

As I grew older, I came to realize that healing is about much more than physical health. Life brought other challenges that required emotional healing, personal growth, and inner transformation. Those experiences eventually led me to study psychology, where I discovered a deeper understanding of trauma, mental well-being, and the importance of compassionate support.

Years later, I found myself returning to the promise I had made as a child. Not from obligation. Not from guilt. But from love.

The vision for Naserian’s Heart of Healing Foundation emerged from a growing conviction that healing should never stop with one person. When lives are restored, those lives become a source of hope for others. That belief gave birth to our theme: Healed to Heal.

Today, this foundation exists not because I have all the answers, nor because my journey has been perfect, but because I believe every human being deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and given the opportunity to heal.

My story is only the beginning. The true story of this foundation will be written through every woman who rediscovers her dignity, every widow who finds renewed hope, every girl who realizes her potential, every volunteer who chooses compassion, and every partner who believes that lasting transformation begins with seeing humanity in one another.

This is more than my journey. It is an invitation for all of us to become part of a story where healing becomes hope, hope becomes purpose, and purpose becomes a legacy that reaches generations to come.

Welcome to Naserian's Heart of Healing Foundation.

Together, let us become Healed to Heal.

What Stands Between You and What You Want & Bridging the Gap

What Stands Between You and What You Want: How to Bridge That Gap explores the often-hidden space between what a person consciously desires and what they subconsciously believe, feel, and identify with.
The book uses the idea of the “gap” between desire and embodiment: above the surface are our goals and desires, while beneath it can exist beliefs about worth, identity, safety, self-protection, conditioning, self-sabotaging patterns, and nervous-system responses. Rather than simply telling readers to “think positively” or chase their desires harder, the book invites them to understand what is actually standing between them and the life they want.
Through self-concept, subconscious rewiring, awareness, self-trust, inner guidance, alignment, and embodiment, the reader learns to recognize and release identities and patterns that no longer represent who they truly are, and bridge the gap between who they have been conditioned to be and who they authentically are.
